My client is a multi-award winning, global business with expertise across Banking and FS, Secretarial and HR. They are hiring across a number of their teams but are particularly looking for an Manager for C&I Perm Finance Team.This is a great opportunity; this role will enjoy a wide and extensive client list where there are strong existing relationshipsacross C&I and FS testament to the ability of the rest of the business.
The ideal candidate will have c. 5 years' recruitment experience and will preferably have management experience although this is not a prerequisite. There is a relaxed meritocratic and fun environment within the office, once the successful hire has proven themselves they will be allowed to work flexiblyif appropriate, 20% of the business do so. Although there is a relaxed environment you will have exposure to "Heads of" roles and work on roles up to £130k. My client is enjoying a strong period of success and has strong growth ambitions.
