Description:
I am Partnered with a Chairmen of a portfolio of businesses who is looking for a Managing Director to head up a hybrid contingent/search firm. This business has 4 offices globally with c.30 heads.
The current owner manager of the firm islooking to step back from the day to day management of the business and move to more of a client facing role. This hire needs tohave managed large teams of c.30 plus before and have the gravitas to manage strong, successful recruiters/executive search consultants. This role will have 30 heads to manage which include very strong billers in Risk/Compliance and Legal across FinancialServices.
