Operating Director - Technology Division
Concept Resourcing is a fast growth independent recruitment company with a 20-year history of growth and profit. Partnered with some of the most recognised brands across the Technology sector we are one of the largest independent recruiters in the Midlands.
We have a strategy to continue to grow our Technology business and as a result areseeking an ambitious leader with a proven track record of success.
The successful person will have at least 5 years contractTechnology recruitment experience within an organic growth business. Experience of selling value-added services such as managedservice, retained business or operating under SOW are all desirable.
The Operating Director will report directly to our Managing Director and be expected to take on the following responsibilities:
* Delivering on a sales budget of over £2.5-3m GP* Manage a team of 25 sales people (growing to over 40) with 3 direct Managerial reports across 2 locations.
* Hitting headcount budget and managing performance of exsiting and new team members
* Demonstrate significant areas of leadership, strategicthinking and financial acumen.
* Ensure the Technology division is compliant with ISO Standard Operating Procedures
* Supporting, leading, coaching and mentoring the permanent and contract teams across the two sites.

Annual leave starts at 22 days rising to 25 plus public holidays.
Packing includes basic salary of up to £80,000 + £10,800 car allowance with OTE £150,000+
