My Client are an extremely credible Recruitment firm that are renowned as Legal specialists. They are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a hot desk in their HR Team.
They have supported the legalcommunity in London and throughout the UK for nearly 30 years. Starting with a team of less than 5, the company has grown into an award-winning organisation of more than 60 dedicated consultants covering every legal professional and business support role.My client currently work with more than 90 law firms in London, From the Magic Circle and the Big Four, to boutique and privatepractices, their in-depth knowledge of every specialism has made them the first port of call for all their recruitment needs.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a years' experience of recruiting HR professionals on permanent basis, but othertransferable backgrounds will be considered.
My client has retained the structure of allowing consultants to progress purely in delivery roles, so there is no pressure for account management or sales, however there is the opportunity to do so if it would be of interest.
