My client is a well-established recruitment business who have extensive market knowledge, a highly consultative approach and deep relationships across financial services, commerce & industry and private practice. They are looking for a Senior Consultant or Associate Director to lead and build out their Private Practice Associate practice.
This hire must be well established in the London market with several years' experience of leading teams of Associate level recruiters as well as have relationships with recruitment contacts in the major law firms in London.
This has the potential to be a very lucrative role, my client has an excellent name within the legal space and have a number of high profile existing clients including magic and silver circle clients. My client is a leading senior level contingent recruitment firm with more than half of all business done on a retained or exclusive basis. 70 heads across offices in London, Asia and the US my client has a true international reach.
