You'll be looking after a manageable portfolio of clients that havepermanent fill-able requirements that will enable you to earn a significant amount of bonus in return for your efforts.
Thisrole is ideal for an individual who has recruitment experience, is still driven by earn commission and has excellent candidateattraction/management experience.

The Person:
We are seekinga Recruitment Consultant to join the team with the following experiences and qualities:
* Current agency experience workingas a Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager position
* Good experience of Account Management& Candidate Attraction
* Ideally have experience in Commercial Sector Permanent Recruitment, however, transferable Sectors/Industries will be considered
* Computer literate and have experience of using a Recruitment ATS/CRM
* Commercially Minded,Self-Organised and the ability to work Autonomously
