Recruitment Coordinator - 12 month FTC



The role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to develop their skills and further their career. The role is responsible for ensuring the recruitment process is planned, managed and delivered effectively. The post holder will provide highquality administration support, including completing complex information and analysis. You will need to be a very good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously are essential for the role.

Main duties & responsibilities

* To work as part of a team and manage recruitment administration
* Scheduling interviews promptly, liaising with candidates, stakeholders and external agencies
* Communicate interview feedback* Update Applicant Tracking System throughout the process
* Support with on boarding

Key skills & responsibilities* Previous experience working as Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability toprioritise your workload
* Diary management experience
* Strong communication skills and an adaptable personality
* Proactive, hands on with the ability to use own initiative



Working 35 hours based Monday to Friday.

Employment subject to rigorous checks including Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
