They are currently seeking finance recruitment consultants to join their well-established and fast-paced team in London.As a Recruitment Consultant, primarily you will be building and maintaining comprehensive candidates and client networks.Most of the work you will be doing is retained, otherwise exclusive contingent. You will be placing the likes of finance directors, controllers and heads of finance into high growth and high potential businesses.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' recruitment experience and will have had quality training. You will be passionate and motivated to work for a start-up, and consistently demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to your work. You will have the ability to understand the nature ofearly stage, high growth businesses.
The successful candidate will be offered a generous base salary and competitive commission structure.
