Recruitment Consultant – Hot Desk
Location: Soho
Benefits: £32k Salary, up to 30% commission, plus quarterly bonuses, Travel Loan, Flexible working, 25 days leave.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a well-known and established business in Soho. This is a very warm desk, currently billing around 10k Per month which will be handed to you.
About the Company
- Part of one of the largest Recruitment businesses in the UK
- 10 people in this particular office, made up of senior and trainee consultants
- An emphasis on developing staff, with a solid commission structure and excellent benefits
About the Role
- You will take over a very got desk, which is currently running at around 8-10k per month
- Working on a Temp desk, PA, Admin, and Business Support into Professional Service and Media businesses.
- You will support to further develop this desk
- Commissions – uncapped and paying up to 30% revenue
What we need from you
- You will be an experienced Recruiter, ideally within Secretarial or Professional Services although all sectors will be considered.
- You will be articulate with excellent written communication skills
- You need to be a team player and work well with others. The team you will be joining work together to get the best results.
Remuneration
