As a result, we are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager (NO COLD CALLING)to join our Commercial Perms division. We are looking for greatservice delivery recruiters, so whether you are a 180 or 360 Recruiter we'd love to hear from you.

* Uncapped Commission with recruiters typically earning £3k to £5k+ per month

* We're looking for experience inRecruitment within a similar role, if you've worked in any of the following positions we'd love to hear from you!
* Resourcer, Trainee Recruitment, Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager, Delivery Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, ManagingConsultant, Principal Consultant, Lead Consultant
* Be relentless in their mission to deliver a first class service to bothclients and candidates
* Have a drive to be the best in the business and be highly money motivated
* Be comfortable around technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Have excellent written and oral communication skills
