My client is a specialist Recruitment Business for the Insurance and Reinsurance markets. They are a groupof experienced recruiters who have combined experience of over 100 years operating within Finance and Insurance, specifically Underwriting, Broking, Claims & Loss Adjustment, Reinsurance, Finance & Accounting, requiring a Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their London team.
As a Recruitment Consultant working in the Finance practise, you will work a warm desk which has been established for over 5 years and enjoys repeat business from a loyal client base. Top billers are the billing directors who bill between 180 and 250k a year.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years billing history, preferably within Insurance, however if not Finance is fine. You will demonstrate an impressive track record of achievements from a professional background, have outstanding communication skills and be pro-active in your approach to work.
The successful candidatewill be offered a highly competitive base salary plus high OTE. The company culture is mature and professional with no KPIs: they give their recruiters the autonomy to run their own desk. You will be provided with mentorship and support by highly credibledirectors.
