PCB Care are currently looking to recruit an experienced Social Care Temp Recruitment Consultant to work in our office based in Stoke.
This is an exciting opportunityfor an experienced consultant to assist in the growth of our fast-growing branch working on a temp care desk, providing an exceptional service to a large portfolio of clients in the area.
This is a permanent position with an immediate start available, attractive salary package with a commission structure

Responsibilities and Duties.
*Managing and developing new andexisting client relationships
*On-going development to include working with clients to develop long term resourcing strategies*Using creative marketing techniques to increase brand awareness to both clients and candidates
*Proactively use Business Development and sales techniques to develop new and enhance existing clients
*Search and select candidates with face to face and telephone interviews as required
*Consultation with both clients and candidates through the direct recruitment process
Essential skills and experience:
*Previous Recruitment experience is essential
*An ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
*Proven experience in exceeding targets and working within a proactive environment
*Excellent team player
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full time role with on-call duties on a rota basis.
