Description:
We are currently looking for Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team!
Key People is a specialist international recruitment consultancy founded in 1991 working within the Pharmaceutical, Occupational Health and Health and Safety sectors.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving revenueby placing candidates into roles with our clients. Typically you can expect to get involved in a broad range of activity including:
*Searching via online recruitment search engines and social networks to build a wider pool of candidates and add to the company database
*Matching suitable candidates to their perfect contract or permanent roles.
*Interview organisation between Client and Candidates.
*Regular Telephone contact with Clients and Candidates (Initial registration/ Interview organisation / Keeping up Relationships)
*Job board searches
*Advert writing
What we are looking for:
*A successful sales person with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience
*The ability to build relationships with our existing clients and to have the knowledge to bringin new clients.
*Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to succeed in a challenging business environment
*You will have a proven sales track record and a natural ability to build rapport with people
On joining the team you can expect:*The possibility to earn a three figure salary when established
*A very competitive basic salary with an excellent commission structure
