What experience and qualities do I need?
We're looking for a fun, friendly and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expandingbusiness, you'll need the following experience and qualities;
* We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultant who has been working within an agency environment who has worked on permanent vacancies
* We are open to speaking to recruiters from any area of professional recruitment who can demonstrate their relevant transferable recruitment experience can be transferred toa new industry vertical
* A billing track record as a Recruitment Consultant within Perms
* Be highly motivated and career driven, ideally, you'll be someone who wants to take promotional steps within the business once you've built your specialism
*A true passion to deliver a 'best in class' service to our clients and candidates
* Ability to communicate at all levels and confidently be able to challenge clients in a professional manner
* Commercially Minded, Self-Organised and the ability to workautonomously
