Recruitment Consultant Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and well-established team delivering people on a permanent basis within the Telecommunications sector. Your role will be to provide a high-quality service to stakeholders in accordancewith any SLA's in place and within legal and best practice Framework.
Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
* Managingthe end-to-end recruitment process and candidate life-cycle
* Researching, contacting and recruiting candidates with specificskill sets using a variety of on-line tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, existing database and employee referrals
* On-Sitemeetings with hiring managers to understand role specific criteria
* Supporting Managers with interviews and assessment centres
* Creative sourcing for hard to fill, niche roles within the technology space
* Helping to develop the employer brand andlooking into new ways to improve the talent pool of candidates
* Reporting on recruitment statistics
* Building a talent pipeline, by keeping the potential pool of candidates "warm" and engaged
