Due to further expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to become the newest edition to our team.
Located at our flagship offices in Burton on Trent, therole would expect you to develop a client and candidate database in a targeted geographical area throughout the Sheffield and surrounding areas.
Whilst exceeding sales targets and KPI's, additional support will be required servicing the already established and successful temp plan.

Key Duties:
* Full 360 consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the road haulage, warehouse and distribution markets
* Business development, conducting sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
* Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
* Arranging meetings with new and existing clients (online & faceto face - COVID dependent)
* Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
* Account management
* Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
* Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via onlinejob boards and social platforms
* Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
* Matching workers to vacancies
* Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday (subject to workload)
* Rotating on call duties requiredPerson Specification:
* A minimum of 18 months working within the recruitment industry
* Successful business development skills
* Account management skills
* Proven record of success
* Confident and able to sell at all levels
* Target driven
* Excellent level of customer service
* Must be articulate and enthusiastic
* Good communication skills
* Good Administration skills
* A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
