You'll be sourcing high quality candidates from adverts, our internal database and external job boards for permanent fill-able requirements.
This role is ideal for an individual who has recruitment experience, is driven to earn commission and has excellent candidate attraction/management experience.

The Person:
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team with the following experiences and qualities:
* Current agency experience working as a a Recruitment Resourcer
* Good experience of Candidate Management & Candidate Attraction
* Ideally have experience in Commercial Sector Permanent Recruitment, however, transferableSectors/Industries will be considered
* Computer literate and have experience of using a Recruitment ATS/CRM
* CommerciallyMinded, Self-Organised and the ability to work Autonomously
