My client is a leading executive search firm working on roles that are very often global, with68 offices across 41 countries. They require a Research Associate to join their prestigious Board practice.
As a ResearchAssociate, you will partner with Consultants in all aspects of business development and search execution. You will focus on providing timely, informed, industry specific knowledge both on the marketplace and on key executives directly impacting the Consultants' ability to win business and close client mandates.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years search experience the last 2-2.5 years specifically working on board level assignments. You will be responsive, systematic and efficient in yourapproach to work and be willing to seek and achieve professional improvement.
