My client is a trusted boutique Executive Search firm based in Central London with an extensive track record across multiple sectors and geographies such as EMEA, the Americas and the Far East through their America andmiddle East offices, with an excellent reputation for delivering retained assignments. They require Researchers/Associates to join either their prestigious London practice.
This role will assist the Consultants and Partners in all aspects of the search process including: business development initiatives, managing the execution and direction of research, candidate development, candidate interviews, referencing, and client management. The researcher will also be expected to network and build strong relationships with senior executives as potential candidates or clients and assessing candidates against the client's requirements.The ideal candidate will be someone with prior Research experience gained in an executive search company. You will be used to working on around 10 - 12 assignments per year and able to cover a broad range of searches across Infrastructure and Financial Services.
