My client, a global search firm based in Cardiff, is looking for an exceptional graduate or a recruiter/researcher that is committed to a career in Executive Search.
Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior leadership positions. On a day to day basis you will identify companies and individuals, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a Consumer, Media and Manufacturing organisationswith a worldwide reach - playing an integral part in the delivery of C-level roles.
You will have excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
