My client is a leading boutique Technology and Digital Search firm specialising in VP, CxO-level and executive search for Corporate, Venture Capital and Private Equity backed companies across Europe. They are seeking a Research Associate/Career Researcher for their prestigious London team.
As a Research Associate, you will work on a very broad range of mandates. In the morning you could be working on a large role for brands as big as Apple and in the afternoon, you could be working with an exciting new firm who focus on futuristic technologies! The team works on a retained business on mandates ranging from 100k - 250k upto C level.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of executive search research experience. You will be able to run a full search cycle confidently as you will be expected to 5-6 searches at a time.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the most successful global brands in the technology sector as well as innovative "start-ups". They work with some of the most well renowned brands such as Apple, Amazon and BT as well as smaller Technology firms which focus on everything from AI, Robotics, Haptic Tech and other niche innovative products.
