What experience and qualities do I need?
We're looking for a fun, friendly and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business, you'll need the following experience and qualities;* Current recruitment agency experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Sales recruitment, however, we'll consider candidates who've had exposure to Sales recruitment as part of their experience.
* A billing track record as a Recruitment Consultant within Perms and/or temps
* Be highly motivated and career driven, ideally, you'll be someone who wants totake promotional steps within the business once you've built your specialism
* A true passion to deliver a 'best in class' service to our clients and candidates
* Ability to communicate at all levels and confidently be able to challenge clients in a professional manner
* Commercially Minded, Self-Organised and the ability to work autonomously
