THE ROLE
Working across multiple sectors you will work closely with senior managers and directors to assess training needs, as well as designing training plans to support and assist recruitment consultants in achieving their targets and business goals.
* Trainingdelivery of our six-phase McGinley Academy programme
* One-to-one desk coaching
* Training needs analysis
* Design and delivery of tailored training for individuals and groups
* Providing feedback to managers to ensure follow up and implementation* Conducting refresher and remedial training sessions as needed
* Maintaining strong knowledge of company and recruitment processes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* Experience within recruitment
* Proven track record of successful billing in a sales environment
* Keen to take the next step in your recruitment career
* Ability to deliver training in an engaging and relevant way
* Able to inspire and persuade others
* Mentoring or coaching experience is beneficial
