I am working with an award winning client who are a global contingent, search and advisory business firm who have very successful FS and Technology teams.
After a significant investment and continued success the technology team is looking to increase its headcount from 10 to 15. This team is a gender and age diverse team, half of the team have families so manypeople work from home.
This team has both perm and contract/interim recruiters who work across clients which include media, retail, hospitality, public sector, they have a lot of large account across these spaces so are not worried about the looming IR35 changes. This candidate will be able to work these warm accounts but will be expected to be a 360 recruiter and develop business. This team focuses on all non technical roles within technology including BA/PM right through to CIO and CTOs.
They are looking for candidates who have 12/18months within any sales environment and who are looking to stay within sales and make a lot of money. If candidates have recruitment or tech recruitment experience that will be looked upon favourably. My client can offerexcellent training and if people have the right attitude then they will be able to learn a new space and be successful.
