McGinley CEP are a Construction Recruitment business that supply temporary andpermanent staff to the construction industry.
Due to an increasing demand we are looking to add a trainee recruitment consultant or candidate resourcer to join our trades team. This will initially be a temporary position but could turn into a permanent role if the successful candidate does well.
Currently we have 4 people in the team who deal with Clients and candidates butnow due to a high demand we are seeking to add somebody to the team that will speak to candidates and get them registered on our internal system.
Hours in the office are 6am - 3pm with an hours break, we work in a very nice office in Aldgate near Liverpool Street.
Duties will consist of:
* Speaking to candidates that are calling in
* Calling and tracking candidates* Adding new candidates to the system
* Referencing both new and old candidates
* Searching job boards for new candidates* Identifying sales opportunities and either passing them on or converting
* Reporting into the Sales Manager on a dailybasis
* Logging calls and details onto the internal system
