A specialist recruitment company focusing on Recruitment to Recruitment, Search to Search, HR & Internal is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Researcher to join their growing team in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a hugely successful and well-established business that places Recruitment and Executive Search professionals in London and other international business hubs, globally.
As a Researcher, you will support the growth of the businessand a team of experienced Consultants by identifying and attracting the best talent and assessment of senior-level candidates. You will liaise with some of the most renowned clients internationally across all major Industries and Sectors, from Life Sciences to Consumer, Fashion and Retail to Technology and Digital. Additional tasks will be to keep up to date with relevant industrynews and maintain the company's database and social media presence.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong degree from a top university, be confident in communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate motivation and determination in their approach to work. Ideally, you will be a graduate looking to kick-start your career, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team and show initiative at all times.
The successful candidate will be offered a strong base salaryplus a very competitive uncapped commission scheme. You will be very well encouraged and supported in career progression and your professional development, with the aim to develop into a highly efficient and successful Recruitment Consultant joining a teamof experts placing Recruitment professionals around the world.
