Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will involve the following:-Proactively searching for candidates, using various tools, platforms and headhunting
-Networking and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
-Identifying creative ways to search for candidates
-Screening, qualifying and interviewing candidates
-Proactively searching for new business opportunities (Business Development)
-Utilising potential language skillsin a professional work environment

-You have a natural drive for success (sales-driven)
-You have exceptional communication skills

-You have a passion for speaking andengaging with people
-You are fluent in English (fluency in another European language is a plus)
-Sales or Customer Service background is a plus, but we also welcome applications
