THE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY:

As part of our growth plan for 2020, we are seeking a highly motivated and career driven individual to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who has experience of Sales experience or someone who is already working in a recruitment agency as a Resourcer or Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
The successful candidate will receive intensive training within all departments and get the opportunity to attend external Sales Training courses to enhance your ability. In addition, you'dbe working closely with our Top Performing recruiters that will give you the support you need to become one of the best in thebusiness.

THE PERSON
* We are seeking a highly motivated and career driven individual with at least one of the following experiences;* Current experience in Telephone Based Sales position, or;
* Resourcer or Trainee Recruitment Consultant within a RecruitmentAgency environment
* An individual that is passionate about getting into the recruitment industry and becoming a recruitment consultant
* Ability to build instant relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates
* Hungry to learn new skills and embrace training
* Highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills
* An individual that thrives under pressure and has the confidence to succeed
* Computer literate with MS office and Internet
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
