THE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:
* Working within a fast-paced business environment, as a Trainee RecruitmentConsultant, you will be working closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant who will support you inyour training and development to become a highly successful recruiter.
* As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be joining the business in a 360 position where you'll be given the training and developing in the entire recruitment process from New Business Sales, Account Management, Candidate Attraction and all the way through to Placing the right candidate with the right business.
* Whilst you'd joining as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working with a dedicated geographic focusing on ONE vertical sector such as; IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Insurance or Financial Services.
* You'll be involved in Outbound sales where you'll be contacting businesses about their hiring needs by taking a consultative relationship building approachto win business
* Handling inbound enquiries generated from the Marketing team, understanding the requirement and converting into a live vacancy opportunity
* Responsible for negotiating fees, reaching an agreement, confirming agreed terms and conducting credit checks
* Writing job adverts and conducting proactive searching activities to locate high calibre candidates
* Conducting telephone and video-based meetings with candidates
* Working to set KPI's and monthly financial targets
THE TRAINEERECRUITMENT CONSULTANT PACKAGE:
For the Trainee Recruitment Consultant position, we offer a base salary of between £18,000 to £20,000 and an unrivalled uncapped commission structure with On Target Earnings of £40,000+ (Year 1).

THE PERSON:
We're seeking a highly motivated, confident, resilient and self-motivated individual who enjoys working to targets. To join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll need one or more of the following experiences;
1 An individual who can demonstrate in their CV that they have a relentless drive to succeed and a true passion to get into recruitment (the most important one in my opinion) or;
2 Current/Recent Telephone Based Sales Experience, or;
3 A Recent University Graduate Educated to Degree Level (or equiv.)
In addition, you'll need the following skills & attributes;* A genuine passionate to work in a Sales related Recruitment role
* Willing to learn but also prepared to self-develop to improve personal success
* Highly computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* A great communicator over the telephone, face to face and over video
* Confident to tactfully and professionally challenge a client or candidatesthought process
* Highly driven individual who has a naturally positive outlook
