The MCG Group provide recruitment solutions to the aerospace, construction,education, healthcare and technology sectors and we are looking for 6-8 people to join our next MCG Fast Track programme, starting in June and based in London.
Our June intake will be working for our construction brand, MCG Construction, helping our clients to find the best permanent and temporary construction workforce.
As a 'Fast Tracker', you will be given the best training to quickly get you up to speed with
* Understanding Construction (the language, the role types, our clients)
* Recruitment Sales (how to #begreat at your job)
* Systems (how to use our systems properly to get the best out of them)
* Compliance (we strongly believe in providing fully compliant, ethical recruitment)
This will then accelerate you from 'newbie' to Resourcer, Account Manager or Recruitment Consultant in just 8 weeks - and then lead to a fantastic and rewarding career within theGroup.
