Due to further expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professionalto become appointed as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Located at our flagship offices in Aldridge, the role would expectyou to develop a client and candidate database in a targeted geographical area throughout West Midlands area.
Whilst exceeding sales targets and KPI's, additional support will be required servicing the already established and successful temp plan.

Key Duties:
- Full 360 Trainee Consultant role supplying temporary and permanent workers into the warehouse, manufacturing and distribution markets
- Business development, conducting sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targetsand weekly branch budgets
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients (online & face to face - COVID dependent)
-Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and social platforms
-Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Working hoursare 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday (subject to work load)
- Rotating on call duties required
Person Specification:
- Successful business development skills
- Account management skills
- Proven record of success
- Confident and able to sell at all levels
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills- Good Administration skills
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
