Get Recruited are supporting a leading luxury retailer in Ashbourne who are looking for a confident and experienced Account Manager to join their Customer Serviceteam.

THEROLE:
* Handle enquiries from clients over phone, email and live chat
* Consult each client on their circumstances and requirements to sell the relevant products and upsell where possible
* Converting customer enquiries into sales
* Ensuring that all emails and enquiries are responded to within a suitable time frame
* Processing and managing customer orders
* Ensuring that the customer has a positive overall online shopping experience
* Liaise with suppliers ensuring that all orders are processed within an appropriate time period
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a similar role such as Account Manager, Sales Executive, Business Development, Customer Service
* Confident towork within a client facing role
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload* Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
* Willingness to learn
