Assistant Retail Store Manager - Galway

The Role
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the shop.
* Strong understanding of KPI's with a practical approach to improving them.
* Supervise, motivate and help to train the team.
* Create and maintain strong merchandising standards throughout the shop.
* Maintain andmanage stock levels.
* Work closely with colleagues in other stores and HQ to ensure the smooth operation of the retail division as a whole.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
