On behalf of a leading Agri Retail Organisation, FRS Recruitment is happy to invite you to apply for the role of Department Manager (Agri).
Location: Mallow, Co. Cork
Hours: Full Time - Permanent
Reporting to: Store Manager
Salary: Upto 40k
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Agri Department within the store. Utilizing your communication skills with staff; you will lead by example in terms of professionalism, safety commitment and customer focus. In relation to Sales, you will monitor and analyse the performance of the Agri department against budgets, developing strategies to maximise profits. You will pride yourself in delivering quality Customer Care as this is key to the success of the business.
Candidate
You will have a passion for all things Agri and be able to communicate the benefits of these products to both staff and customers. Your previous experience will include either Retail or Agri Regional Sales which has given you ambition to meet targets and KPIs. You will be a natural leader and practice what you preach. Youunderstand the importance of relationship building and working in a team to achieve organisational goals.
Experience
* Good IT and Administration experience
* Strong Agri product knowledge - A background or Interest in farming
* Proven customerservice experience
* Able to organise, plan and prioritise
* Target driven & good people management skills
Remuneration
Salary up to 40k Plus bonus
