Retail Assistant for a Store (Ladieswear) - Sligo
Full-time or Part-time position for a new store opening in Sligo.
The main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectivelyat all times and provides the customers with excellent quality products and services. The ideal candidate should have a passionfor fashion.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* At least one year's experience in a role with in-depth experience in fashion sales is desirable
* Experience in successfully achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Numerical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Have a true passion for the fashion industry and as such be creative and innovative
* A customer-focused individual who can build a quality and loyal customer base
Main duties:* Merchandising of stock
* Drive sales with excellent customer service
* Deal with all customer queries and efficiently,professionally and consistent with store policy
* Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
* Handling ofstock and cash
* Other duties as required
