Customer Service Assistant (Retail) 24 hours a week
I am currently acting on behalf of our client, to recruit a Customer Service Assistant for a reputable sports shop in Dublin for their on line business.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
* Order Processing
* Customer Communication
* Answer Phone queries
* Answer Email Queries
* Answer Social Media Queries
* Product Uploads
* Upload new product onto web platform
* Place Orders
* Create Purchase Order numbers
* Email orders to suppliers
*Follow-up with Suppliers on ETA of product and communicate to the customer
* Product Shipping
* Ensure prompt delivery of product from each of our branches
* Issue regular updates to customers when potential delays occur
* To be successful in thisrole you must demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff to ensure that sales and productivity targets are met and the highest standards of service are upheld.
* Most of all, you will share their 100% dedication to delivering excellence in service.
* The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record with a solid and stable work history.
* You will be serving customers ensuring that a fast and efficient service is provided.
* You will also need to be flexible in your approach and willing to help out in other areas of the business as and when required.
