£20,000 plus Bonus £27,000-£30,000

My client a well-established installation and support services company who have grown consistently are recruiting. Based in Kimpton, Hertfordshire, this sales role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to start their sales career or an experience sales executive to grow and develop.
As they continue to grow they are looking for bright, talented and ambitious people to join the company. The successful candidate will be warmly welcomed and join our vibrant sales team, which includes a blend of experienced sales people and recent joiners.
Responsibilities Include:
New business development; direct marketing; email marketing
* Account management; quotations, updates on orders andregular customer interaction
* Achieving various KPI's, call targets and revenue targets
* Booking, organising, and hostingcustomer meetings or one of our technology days
* Working with our clients to understand the products.
* The job will initially be primarily office-based although some travel may be required as part of the training programme.
The Sales Executive role is key to our growing business and there will be opportunity for training, development and growth in role.
Person specification:
* Previous sales experience an advantage.
* Ambitious, organised and a very quick learner
* Confident on the phone and face to face
* Computer literate
* Build customer rapport quickly;
* Able to think outside the box and have the drive deliver beyond targets and expectations.
Experience in a similar role would be helpful but is not essential. The successful applicant will receive full product and technical training and support from our in-house team and from external sources.
The candidates will also be supported, and can learn from, successfully senior members of the sales team.
Other requirements:Full driving licence and car would be an advantage due to office location and poor public transport links.
