Account Director Job PurposeAs the Account Director you will be New Business driven to lead the development and scaling of new accounts in addition to expand existing relationships with large brands into major activities, whilst maintaining their impressive relationship with Google.This is a fast-paced and challenging environment offering you the opportunity to make a direct contribution to the success andrapid growth of the business. If you live and breathe Sales, we want to talk to you. You will need to base in or commutable to Central London.
Account Director Responsibilities
* Drive a Cloud & Services target from existing and new client bases* Be the sales & lead specialist in major cloud/managed services deals
* Proactively generate, qualify and close new business within the existing customer base as well as new customer acquisition
* Develop and build targeted account plans, resulting in a robust business growth pipeline.
* Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure retention and growth in spend.
* Manage multiple opportunities through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary.
* Be required to generate proposals built and focused around identified business needs
* Deliver presentations internally and externally regarding the Cloudand Managed Services value proposition
* Deliver target GM against an annual target set by the business tracked on a quarterlybasis
* Experience within the core fundamentals of cloud and managed services in particular IaaS and PaaS (preferably with managed hosting and public cloud e.g. Azure, Google and/or AWS)
* To be able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport at alllevels
* Excellent communication skills
* Extensive and Strong business acumen with a deep strategic perspective and abilityto quickly understand business strategy
* Broad understanding of customer needs; business cases and how customers use cloud technology
* Able to identify customers problems and help solve their problems with technology solutions
* Demonstrated experience with Enterprise IT clients such as retail, manufacturing, fintech, insuretech, telecoms
What's on Offer for the AccountDirector?
A basic salary of £80,000 - £110,000 (dependant on experience) realistic first years earning £160,000 - £190,000Pension - 4% EEE 4% EER pension with Standard Life
Holidays - 25 days basic annual leave increasing 1 days at 2 years' service and a further 1 day at 3 years' service. Max of 27 days.
Death in Service of 4x basic annual salary
