ACCOUNT MANAGER - FIELD BASED
NORTH WALES
UP TO £30,000
Get Recruited are supporting a bakery manufacturer and distributor with a global presence serving all the major multiples plus discounters and food service customers.
Working within the current commercial team, the National Account Executivewill primarily support the Commercial Team but will also have account responsibility and expected to explore new areas for incremental growth.
THE ROLE:
* Support the Commercial Team to drive profitable sales growth to outperform the market and competitors
* Responsible for the completion of key internal gated documents to support product development and listings, marketanalysis and promotional activity
* Analyse category data to support current and future business strategies
* Active participation in sales team meetings and projects being responsible for the completion and analysis of internal sales data
* Achievebudgeted sales and margin targets
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to deliver incremental, profitable sales
* To continuously improve knowledge of the industry
* Develop key internal customer relationships - Commercial / NPD / Supply Chain / Marketing / Participate in S&OP
THE PERSON:
* Ideally minimum of 12 months experience working within the Food Industry
* Familiar with the use of retailer admin and reporting systems desirable
* A competitive streak, withthe passion and ambition to become a National Account Manager in the future
* Demonstrable desire to want to work with the major UK retailers
* Proactive, passionate, keen to learn, team player
* Excellent communication skills - able to communicateideas concisely and confidently both written and orally
* Analytical problem solver with high attention to detail
* Personalinitiative, with the ability to take on a high level of autonomy
