THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are supporting an innovative IT company who, due to continued growth, are looking for a experienced Account Manager with strong B2B sales skills and a passion for technology.
Working alongside an excellent growing sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients while upselling products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an innovative and continuously growing sector. The role would suit amotivated, dedicated person who has a genuine love for all things tech!
THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
* Responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients
* Building strong long-term relationships
* Keeping in regular contact with clients by telephone and email
* Preparing quotes and sending to the client for approval
* Creating an account development plan for eachclient to increase revenue spends
* Processing orders on the system and passing through to the service delivery team
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system
* Attending internal sales meetings to discuss ongoing pipeline opportunities
* Cross selling and upselling additional products and services
* Give details of all additional products, services and promotions
* Working to and exceeding targets
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
* Experience within a Sales Executive, Telesales, Business Development or Account Management is essential
* An interest of working with technical products or services* Excellent telephone manner
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual* Excellent customer service/ care skills
* Competent in MS packages and CRM systems advantageous
* Proven passion for technology
