THE ACCOUNT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are supporting a rapidly growing, industry leading manufacturer and retailer who due to continued success in 2021 are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their passionate and growing team. As an Account Manager you will be communicating with clients looking to gain information on products, place orders or have queries regarding existing orders and building strong relationships with them to maximise sales.

THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
* Converting customer enquiries from inbound calls, emails and live chats into sales
* Acting as a first point of contact for customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media
* Offering an excellent service for customers
* Resolving issues promptly
* Using excellent product knowledge to consult with clients and provide information on products and services
* Processing customer payments and sending confirmations
* Liaising with colleagues in other departments to update customers on the status of their order, stock availability etc
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE ACCOUNT MANAGER:
* Experience within an Account Manager / Relationship Manager / Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive/ Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant / Lead Generator role is essential
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent customer service/ care skills
* Competent in MS packages and CRM systemsadvantageous
