ACCOUNT MANAGERCOLCHESTER
£30,000 + £45,000 OTE + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're supporting a leading business located in Colchester who is looking to recruit an internal Account Manager to join the team as part of their rapid expansion plans. As a company, they've experience significant growth since their inception and they're continuing to experience year onyear growth.
Now is the perfect time to jump on board with this fantastic business as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, a good bonus structure and a clear path of progression.
THE ROLE:* Working within a busy office environment you'll be working with the research, marketing a field based team to communicate withnew and existing clients
* You'll be keeping in touch with existing account via phone, email and via social media to enhancethe relationship
* Upselling and cross selling to existing customer to increase revenue
* Proactively making outbound callsto new and existing clients; developing new business
* Generating quotations and following up
* Dealing with price enquiriesand order requests
* Building a pipeline of enquiries and negotiating them through to completion
* Providing excellent customer service on all incoming/outgoing queries
THE PERSON:
* Must have previous experience in either a Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Account Management, Relationship Management or similar role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written
* Computer literate with MS Office and other systems
