Job description
My client is looking forsomeone who is excited about our brand vision and can take to the streets of Swansea to engage with students of all backgrounds.A self-starter with a fun and outgoing personality is essential to deliver our pre-opening sales campaign.
The job will involve delivering true Life brand Events with local and national partners, spreading the word on the streets and capturing data frompossible student residents as well as leading engaging competitions and experiences with students in the local area. With everyday providing a new challenge, you must be able to adapt and push yourself to meet daily targets and connect with the local student community.
Individual Requirements:
Available to work flexible hours, weekends and on occasion late evenings
Have a strong understanding of the Swansea Student Population
Previous experience working towards daily and monthly Targets
A genuinepassion to deliver amazing guest experiences
A fun and energetic person with a positive attitude and drive to succeed
Responsibilities
To welcome all students on their arrival to the Sales Office/Swansea site and assist them in a courteous, helpfulmanner with enquiries and room booking procedures.
To take reservations as required according to company standard, ensuring allnecessary information is completed and recorded accurately.
Support in Sales campaigns across the true brand and make relevant for the local student market in Swansea.
