BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SPIRITS/ ALCOHOL) - PERMANENT
WEST SCOTLAND
£30,000 NEG + 20% BONUS, CAR ALLOWANCE
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client, a leading distributer in the HORECA (hotel, restaurant and café) industry with national coverage, are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Brand Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager.
A fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or a genuine passion for spirits/ specialisthigh quality alcohol sector.
This a is a home/ field-based role covering the West Scotland area, you will be travelling fromGlasgow to Argyll - including Ayr, Falkirk, Stirling and Inverness.
The purpose of the Brand Development Manager is to manage and develop a territory of existing clients and developing new business, spending time with "end users" to develop an understanding of their specific needs - creating "need and demand".
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain and further develop existing client accounts (60%)
* Prospect, visit and convert new business (40%)
* Showcase range of +60 high quality spirit brandsto key stakeholders/ influencers
* Working with wholesalers and their sales team to educate and share brand information and updates
THE PERSON:
* Experience and knowledge of B2B sales in the HORECA industry is desirable
* Experience working fora manufacturer selling to either end users or distribution partners is desirable
* Superb time management skills
* Proven relationship builder
* Clear and direct communication
* Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
