My client based in Cardiff have a rare vacancy within their small and close-knit team for a Business Development Consultant.
This role will involve creating and building relationships with business owners, HR professionals and senior staff members across a wide range of industries to promote my clients product.
You will needto be an experienced, driven and motivated business developer, with good attention to detail and a tenacious approach. You mustbe able to provide a consultative approach, asking open questions, listening, probing and spotting the need and opportunity.You will not only be responsible for the sales but the after sales consultation process also, so excellent communication skillsare essential.
This is an opportunity to join a team with a fantastic management structure, on site parking and excellent working hours.
This role is Monday - Thursday 8.45 - 4.45 and 8.45 - 3.30 on a Friday.
Not only is this role a varied and exciting sales role, it also has excellent earning potential with a basic of £21,000pa + Commission with a realistic OTE of £33,000.
