THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are currently recruiting on behalf of a family runFinancial Planning organisation based in Manchester, who are seeking salespeople to join their rapidly expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering sales intelligence and managing their own pipeline.
This is the perfectopportunity for a hardworking individual who is looking to gain experience within a successful business, with genuine opportunities for progression and a good work/life balance.
THE ROLE:
* B2C lead generation and sales prospecting
* Outbound cold calling, gathering sales intelligence
* Handling objections
* Managing your own workload and call backs, working to KPI's* Transferring leads over to an allocated sales closer
* Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunity
* Daily checking ofcall backs and managing pipeline
THE PERSON:
* Business development experience is desirable
* A confident, persistent individual
* Excellent time management skills
* Outstanding communication skills
THE BENEFITS:
* £18,000 basic salary
* Earn up to £1000 commission per month
