Get Recruited are currently supporting an innovative and growing Digital Marketing Agency in Manchester City Centre. Theyare recruiting for a Business Development executive to join their sales team in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfectfor a B2B sales person with a background or interest in Digital marketing, and for anybody looking to join an excellent workingenvironment.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
* To drive lead generation through locating potentialnew clients who fit the ideal client profile
* Book sales meetings for the Business Development Managers, attending where appropriate
* Seeking out new business opportunities by phone and meeting
* To continually build and develop a pipeline of interest through prospecting via email, phone and social media
* Using case studies and research to engage new prospects and book meetings
* Work with the Management to develop a sales plan to hit your metrics
* Hitting and Exceeding, weekly, monthly andquarterly KPIs
Business Development Executive Skills and Experience:
* Ambitious and driven new business person, committed to overachieving your target and progressing your career.
* Experienced in working in a B2B sales background with a track record of success in professional sales environments.
* Digital Marketing experience/knowledge is preferable
* Think strategically throughout the lead generation process; from deciding how to make an approach to engaging with the prospect.
* You will enjoy working closely with the wider business, partnering with Marketing, Operations, Client Services & Finance teams asappropriate.
