THE PERSON
* 12 months experience + of business to business sales experience
* An individual that is passionate about getting into the recruitment industry and becoming a Recruitment Consultant orSenior Business Development Executive
* Ability to build instant relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates
* Hungry to learn new skills and embrace training
* Highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills
* An individualthat thrives under pressure and has the confidence to succeed
* Computer literate with MS office and Internet
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
