BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - GRADUATE SECTOR
NORTH WEST
£25,000 PER ANNUM + £50K OTE (UNCAPPED)+ PROGRESSION + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client based in Altrinchamto join them on a full time, permanent basis. My client is looking for a Business Development Manager who has a strong knowledgeof the Graduate sector.
This is a great career opportunity for an ambitious, customer oriented, motivated individual to jointhe Business Development Team.
By way of business to business telesales, you will build your own client base by contacting potential customers and selling them the benefits of using the platform to fill their graduate vacancies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute a strategic target account sales plan for allocated key accounts that will contribute incremental new revenues to the business year on year
* From either internal or self-generated leads, create and execute new business salesfrom scratch
* Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
* Prepare presentations and sales displays
* Document and present sales pipeline
* Develop quotes and proposals
* Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person
* Schedule advertising campaigns
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
* Experience of graduate recruitment orgraduate media space
* Verifiable achievement against sales targets
* Strong commercial awareness and experience in closingcommercial negotiations
* Self-starter - equally comfortable with new business leads or prospecting for own leads
* Credibility to deliver complex sales presentations
* Ability to work under minimum supervision with latitude for independent judgement* Understands how to differentiate between what a prospect "wants" and "needs"
* Excellent written, verbal and presentationskills
