BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTMANAGER - PLANT HIRE
REMOTE WORKER CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN UK
£50,000 to £60,000 + COMPANY CAR + BONUS + BENEFITS

We're exclusively working with a long standing and highly reputable business who sells to a variety of businesses such as Tier 1 Contractors, Airports and other businesses of a significant scale. The successful candidate will need experience of the 'Rental / Tool Hire / Plant Hire' industry and have a track record of delivering high levels results. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual to join this rapidly expanding business.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE:* Working as part of the sales team reporting to the Sales Director
* Responsible for taking rental solutions to market* Selling to Tier 1 Contractors and other major organisations such as airports
* Identify partnership opportunities
* Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help expand
* Maintain existing business
* Think critically when planning to assure project success
* Working to and exceeding sales objectives
THE PERSON:
* Degree or equivalent experience* Experienced sales professional with experience within the Plant Hire / Tool Hire type industry with experience of selling to Tier 1 contractors
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented
